Marcelo is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He has decades of experience in the corporate and real estate worlds having worked as a Senior Director of Business Development at Qualcomm and later as a real estate developer and investor. He has overseen more than $40 million in acquisitions and builds and he has now launched the Next Wave Fund in order to provide safe and profitable returns to investors while helping to solve the need for affordable housing in San Diego.

With a real estate portfolio exceeding $5 million and a track record of founding and exiting several million-dollar ventures, Andrew Erickson brings a rare blend of engineering precision, operational effeciency, and entrepreneurial acumen to every project. His expertise lies in identifying high-yield opportunities and maximizing property value. As a head business coach in the Titan Network, Andrew also empowers others with data-driven insights, making him a trusted leader in transforming single-family properties into profitable multi-unit investments.
